Our Mission
As part of our mission, we create an environment that our team desires to be a part of by fostering growth in our community. It is our goal to move our business forward through improvement. To achieve this, we do things differently. For some, improvement can take the form of increased sales numbers or superficial markers. At MN Contractor Pros, we believe that true improvement comes from connecting with our customers and our community as a whole. We want to give our community the ability to support themselves and create their own American Dream. MN Contractor Pros works with charitable organizations like Ronald McDonald House, Feed My Starving Children, Habitat for Humanity, Second Harvest Heartland, Toys for Tots, and American Red Cross.

Habitat for Humanity Twin Cities
This is a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home. We volunteered for 3 days in a row, providing most of our employees the opportunity to participate once. At one of the sites, they laid down flooring and painted walls. At the other site, they hung up drywall and cleaned the space out to prepare for the next phase.
Feed my Starving Children
Our team spent the afternoon packaging food with this non-profit organization, who will distribute the food to people in developing nations. We were split into stations where we worked as a team to package each food item into the bag, weigh it and seal it shut.

Second Harvest Heartland
This is one of the nation’s largest hunger-relief organizations making a huge impact on local hunger. We spent the afternoon in an assembly line adding non-perishable food items to boxes creating care kits. Those who weren’t on the assembly line, helped to pack the boxes onto the pallets, or walked around collecting empty cartons, breaking them down and preparing other cartons for assembly line participants.
“Giving back to the communities we serve is at the heart of MN Contractor Pros. The members of the Home Pro Team give back to the community every month and I couldn’t be prouder of the work that we do.”
